I eat what I can when I can.
I try to eat healthy, or meal prep, but I do not know how to make it easy or do not know correct macros/portions.
I have a good routine, but would like to learn how to source the purest foods we can find in this country.
I intuitively eat one-ingredient foods, with the seasons, and get most of my produce/dairy/protein from a local farmer. (This is the goal.)
